Production support analyst



  • Activities Involved as part of L1/L2/L3 Support;
  • Incident Ticket Resolution, Root Cause analysis for repeated tickets, Small enhancements, operations support, maintain data interfaces, Quality Management,Impact Analysis,Key Deliverable;
  • Proactively Monitoring Application Jobs;
  • Fixing Job Abends.
  • Analyse the application programs to understand its Functional and Business Logic;
  • Identify areas of improvement.


  • 3+ years working with Unix, Sybase – SQL
  • C programming, Windows Powershell, ASP.Net, C# experience exposure to Capital Markets (Forex, Money Markets)
  • Advantage: Italian knowledge
